STARS School app for iPhone and iPad

With STARS School, teachers and staff of the school can now take attendance with ease. Attendance taking in classes and excursions are no as simple as the tap of a button, and the application detects nearby students holding on to their STARS tags.

The application also helps provide timely updates on the whereabouts of the students to their parents/guardians.

When a student runs out of range, you’ll be able to find out their last known location as well as date and time of their last known location.

Through the STARS Guardian application, parents/guardians will be able to view the location history of their kid when they’re in school, on a school excursion or when their on the school bus.

By keeping the application on, you will also contribute to the location of nearby children under the STARS program.

Disclaimer: This application requires the use of Bluetooth and GPS location tracking in the background, continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. We do not track the location of the user, GPS location is only used for updating nearby STARS tags.
